Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aimatch LLC ("Aimatch", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use OurPic (the "Service"). Aimatch LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company with registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy. 1. Data we collect

  • Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and avatar image associated with your Google account.
  • Content: the photos you upload and the videos generated from them.
  • Payment metadata: your plan, subscription status, invoices and transaction identifiers. Your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never receive or store full card numbers.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used and technical information such as browser type and approximate region, collected through Google Analytics where it is enabled.
  • Cookies: strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active and to remember your language preference.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the Service (account management, video generation, credit accounting), to process payments and prevent fraud, to respond to support requests, to understand aggregate usage and improve the product, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Photos of faces

The photos you upload usually contain faces, so we treat this content with particular care. Your photos are processed solely to generate the video you requested. They are never used to train AI models, never used for advertising, and never sold or shared for any purpose other than fulfilling your generation request.

4. Processors and third parties

We share data with a small number of service providers that help us run the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Google — sign-in (Google OAuth) and, where enabled, analytics.
  • AI model providers, accessed via OpenRouter — your uploaded photo and the template parameters are transmitted to the model provider in order to generate your video.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers located in the United States.

These providers process data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations and only to the extent needed to provide their services to us.

5. International transfers

We are a US company and the Service is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the USA — including from Brazil or the European Union — your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as contractual protections with our providers.

6. Retention

We keep your uploads and generated videos while your account is active so you can access your library. If you delete content, close your account, or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within a reasonable period, except for records we must keep to comply with legal obligations (for example, billing records).

7. Your rights (GDPR and LGPD)

Depending on where you live — including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) — you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; receive a portable copy of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ourpic.ai from the address associated with your account. We respond within 15 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD; in the EU, your national supervisory authority).

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for, or collect personal data from, children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and separation of production systems. No online service is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
